Congratulations Mikey!

It's hard to believe, but my youngest brother Mikey has graduated from high school! He's the baby of the family and I can't believe he's now out of high school. It doesn't seem that long ago that I was still in high school, but obviously it has been! We flew out to Denver to celebrate his accomplishment and be a part of his special day.

Mikey: We are so very proud of you and wish you nothing but the best in your future. The world is at your fingertips!
(My mom is a Spanish teacher at the same high school so she got to walk with the graduates as well)

Ofcourse while there, Cally had to have her swimming time with "papa" as well. Here's some pics of their fun time:

*It's only been a week since the accident and Zane is still feeling pretty lousy. His back is remarkably doing pretty well and he walks with minimal pain, but his head is another story. Since flying into Denver his headaches  increased and actually got worse. He spent a whole day in bed while at my parents, vomitting and with a horrible headache. Since he had no improvement all day, I convinced him that we should go to the ER to make sure everything is ok. So while my parents watched Cally, I took him to the ER where they did another CT. Everything came out ok and the doctor attributed the increase in head pain due to the elevation change. After a dose of Morphine, Zane felt much better. We flew out the following day and being back home has definitely helped him. Slowly but surely, he's getting better.
